We welcome female youth who:
✅ Are between the ages of 12 and 18
✅ Have experienced neglect, abuse, or homelessness
✅ Are at risk due to family instability or lack of support
✅ Struggle with behavioral or emotional challenges
✅ Need a structured living environment with therapeutic support
✅ Are willing to engage in personal growth, education, and life skills programs
While we aim to serve as many young girls as possible, we may not be equipped to support individuals who:
❌ Require intensive medical or psychiatric hospitalization
❌ Exhibit severe aggression that poses a risk to others
❌ Are involved in active substance abuse without willingness to seek recovery
📢 If you or someone you know needs support, we encourage you to reach out. Our team is here to guide you through the application process and connect you with the right resources.
Blossom House is a residential group home dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment for at-risk female youth in St. Lucie County. We serve young girls facing challenges such as neglect, abuse, homelessness, or behavioral difficulties.
We accept girls who meet specific eligibility criteria, including those identified as at-risk due to family instability, trauma, or other challenges. Currently referrals come from our local Circuit 19 Community-Based Care Agency. At this time we do not accept children directly from the community.
Residents receive 24/7 care, counseling, life skills training, educational support, and mentorship to help them heal, grow, and prepare for independent living.
The length of stay depends on each girl’s individual needs. Some may stay for a few months, while others remain until they are ready to transition into a stable, independent life.
We rely on donations, grants, and community partnerships to provide quality care and resources for our residents. Contributions from individuals and organizations help us sustain and expand our programs.
You can support us through monetary donations, volunteering, mentorship programs, or partnerships. Every contribution, big or small, helps transform lives.
Yes, education is a priority. Residents either attend local schools, specialized programs, or receive tutoring to ensure they stay on track academically.
